The 2nd course for this pastoral year is entitled Self Awareness – Through Loss and Grief. Through this psychological course, Fr.Martin Cilia will take us on a journey where we may come to know ourselves better through what we have experienced in our life, particularly through experiences of loss and grief – not only loss of a loved one but also the shattered dreams of our life, loss of goals in life which we would have liked to achieve, but for some reason or circumstance have not been realized.
